Wayne Banister

Wayne was born into a family of health and care professionals. To care for others is embedded into his very existence. Wayne believes that everyone should have support to thrive. All people need is a desire to add value to their lives and to be a positive impact on the people and community around them. Wayne is personally passionate about making this happen. And with the support of his team, who all share the same core values, we can and will make a positive change. Wayne has been a successful Managing Director for over 25 years within the building and maintenance industry and, most recently, the social care sector.

After the community spirit over the past 18 months, Wayne has been inspired by the compassion and kindness shown by the local communities up and down the country. Wayne feels that it is the perfect time to give back to the community by giving time, skills and knowledge by forming a CIC to provide a positive impact on local people.
